MINIMUM STAY

There is currently no minimum stay at the inn.

 

BOOKING

50% of your total cost is due at the time of booking and 50% is due upon arrival.

FULL INN RENTAL
Our property is also available seasonally (May - October) as a full inn vacation rental. To inquire,  please contact InnKeeper, Doug Mindell either by phone or email.

CANCELLATIONS

We offer a full refund until 21 days prior to check-in.   Within that time, a full refund if we are able to re-book the dates.

CHECK IN

Check-in is between 4:00 and 9:00 pm.

​

CHECK OUT

Check-out is before 10:00 am. 

​

PETS

Our Raven Suite is dog friendly and offers a fenced yard perfect for your pet to romp and play. We do not allow pets in the other rooms at the inn.

​

CHILDREN

We kindly request no children under the age of 14.

​

GUEST POLICY

Out of courtesy to our other guests only registered guests are allowed at the inn.

​

ROOM ACCESS

Upon check in we will provide you with a key to the outside private entrance to your room as well as the code for the main door of the inn.

​

SMOKING

We ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere on the property or inside the inn.

​

PARKING

Our policy is 1 car per room.

HOMEMADE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

Our delicious homemade Continental Breakfast is served daily from 7-10am.

DINING AREAS

The indoor dining room and outside courtyard garden dining, can each accommodate up to 12 people. There is also a table and seating for 4 adjacent to the kitchen.

​

LIVING AREA

The main living area is a large comfortable space with a working wood stove.

​

BAR

Our bar adjacent to the main living area includes refrigerator, sink, ice machine, microwave, Keurig with stocked pods, coffee mugs, silverware and plates, and glasses for every use.

LIBRARY

The cozy loft library is filled with a wide selection of books and has several comfortable overstuffed chairs.

• 2 full sized  refrigerators

There are large washer dryer units adjacent to the kitchen.

The inn offers 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a private deck.

• The Heron Room - king bed, jacuzzi bathtub and a 2 person shower

• The Sandpiper Room - king bed

• The Seabury Room - king bed, working fireplace

• The Rachel Suite - queen bed, separate adjoining sitting area

• The Chickadee Room - queen bed, located on the 2nd floor

• The Raven Suite - king bed, living room with fireplace, 6 person hot tub, dog friendly (fenced yard)
